Acting for tenants, we can design, procure and seek landlords and statutory consents for fit-out works and alterations, liaising closely at all times with the Landlords Professional team to complete the relevant documentation for consideration and approval.

Our reports include full operational descriptions of the as-installed MEP services together with photographs and a budget costed 10-15 year capital expenditure plan.
